DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS

Once your bin has been cleaned you will be notified by E-mail that we will be taking payment for that clean.
2.
Payment is taken and your account is credited by our system automatically once the payment leaves your account.
3.
Any outstanding amounts can be debited automatically once you have signed up.
The Direct Debit guarantee is the Direct Debit scheme’s customer protection. The guarantee is offered by all building societies and banks who accept direct debits. As a customer, the Direct Debit Guarantee protects you against payments made in error or fraudulently. This means Direct Debit is the safest payment method in the UK.
